Making the Cordial: Put the listed ingredients inside a saucepan, heat until it reaches a gentle boil, mixing so the sugar melts. Next, take off the burner allowing it to cool down entirely. Decant to a clean bottle, cap it keeping it in the fridge, it can be stored for around a month.
For the Premix: Mix every spirits and syrup in a sizeable container, let it rest for 60 minutes, then strain , ideally through muslin, to ensure it's completely strained.
When ready to serve: Measure 85ml of your cocktail base into a mixing glass filled with ice, gently stirring lightly for a minute until cold. Filter to a cold coupe glass or a similar vessel, decorate with the cranberries and finish by giving it a light spray of mandarin oil over the drink.
